Simone Suetsugu

“Be so good; they can’t ignore you.” – Steve Martin

My name is Simone Suetsugu and grew up in a small town named Ibiuna close to Sao Paulo, Brazil. Ever since I was little, I idolized my Dad who played baseball. To follow in my father’s footsteps I started to play softball, and I fell in love. I represented the Brazilian National Team for 14 years and earned a scholarship to play in the USA. After playing and studying for two years in Miami, I transferred to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I graduated with my bachelor degree in Psychology and decided to share my softball experience through coaching. After Coaching at Drexel University for two years while finishing my Masters in Sports Management, I started work with a sales and marketing company. I found the industry to be refreshing and exciting, but a part of me always wanted to be a business owner. After working for someone else for seven months, I began creating Ninjja Global Inc. We launched in July of 2016, and I could not be any happier with what we have accomplished.

My Goals

My goal is to expand and grow into seven more office locations around the US in the next 12 months and have the opportunity to represent a sports team in Miami. Personally, I want to provide for my family and be able to retire my parents. I am also looking to expand globally, like Canada, Japan and my home country Brazil. I would love to travel the world and experience, even more, cultures, which would only aid the business moving forward. Several years down the line I would love to give back to the Brazilian Softball community and have a softball organization that would help kids to accomplish their dreams, in the same way, I was given the opportunity to achieve mine.
