Simone Suetsugu- CEO
“Be so good; they can’t ignore you.” – Steve Martin
My name is Simone Suetsugu and I grew up in a small town named Ibiuna close to Sao Paulo, Brazil. Ever since I was little, I idolized my Dad who played baseball. To follow in my father’s footsteps, I started to play softball, and fell in love with it. I represented the Brazilian National Team for 14 years and earned a scholarship to play in the USA. After playing and studying for two years in Miami, I transferred to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and decided to share my softball experience through coaching. After Coaching at Drexel University for two years while finishing my Master’s in Sports Management, I started work with a sales and marketing company. I found the industry to be refreshing and exciting, but a part of me always wanted to be a business owner. After working for someone else for seven months, I began creating Ninjja Global Inc. We launched in July of 2016, and I could not be any happier with what we have accomplished.
Kimberly Lopez- Assistant Manager
My name is Kim Lopez and I was born and raised in Port St Lucie, Florida. Throughout my upbringing, I witnessed the work ethic my parents displayed in order to provide for our family. Both my father and older brother owned and operated construction companies within South Florida and taught me from an early age the dedication needed to be successful in running a business.
Growing up, I fell in love with soccer. One of my first coaches repeated to me daily that “there is no such word as can’t in a woman’s vocabulary.” This influenced me greatly and with the encouragement of my family, I competed all over the state of Florida and nationally. At age 16, I received a soccer scholarship to Florida International University and graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2014.
Soon after, I received another soccer scholarship to Durham University in England where I completed my Master’s degree in marketing. I returned to Florida with the desire to make my mark in an industry where I could be competitive, enhance my leadership skills, and have the opportunity to expand in business to global markets. I found the opportunity I’d been searching for with Ninjja Global, Inc. in December 2016.
